"The diocese is not that bad" (Bishop Felix) ... On the contrary: people work for the Diocese of Münster who are divided by many things, but also united by many things.
Have you ever shaken hands with the Pope? Or have you ever fallen asleep during a sermon? Have you already received praise from your boss this week or are you crazy about love right now? In a social experiment, we interviewed around 70 of our employees, who work with their different talents in very different professions at our diocese in Münster. These include educators, teachers, people who contribute their talents in IT or administration, and also pastors, people from adult education, church music and, of course, our trainees.
As different as the people are - they all have something in common. Take a look for yourself!
Priests do not fall from the sky. The seminarians are at home in very different places, scattered throughout the archdiocese, and far beyond. What brings them together here is their desire to become priests for the people of our region.

Children do Philosophy
When children do philosophy, they ask the same questions that adults have for thousands of years. Those questions are existential and moving. More important than getting answers is the joy of thinking creatively together...
Children have a serious approach toward philosophy. They discover that their thoughts are important and welcome. The teacher who does philosophy together with the children does not teach them knowledge about the history of philosophy, but teaches them, how to think and to develop their own thoughts.

There are seven billion human beings. Most of them do believe in God. But nobody has ever seen God. Yuri Gagarin, the first Russian astronaut, remarked in space: Nobody is out here, there is no God! But this is not a smart statement. Nobody believes that God exists in space like an alien. But where is God? Is it reasonable to believe in something, which one cannot see, listen to, or taste? Nevertheless for many people, religion is very important in their lives. Because of this, the question if one can prove the existence of God is not simply an academic one. It is a burning question for everyone.
The series "uni auditorium" by KOMPLETT-MEDIA covers philosophical subjects taught at the Munich School of Philosophy. Each course consist of six DVDs and six audio-book CDs.
